Ocean Breeze Healthcare, as a specialty pharmacy provider, works closely with your doctor, the product’s manufacturer and your insurance to coordinate your family’s care.

Our staff will provide the information you need to make informed healthcare decisions.  We will advise you on the medications you take and answer any questions you may have.  Our staff is available on call, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year, to provide the assistance and support you may need.

ORDERING

Ocean Breeze Healthcare makes the ordering process easy.  New prescriptions can be received from your prescriber via secure fax or other secure electronic means.

Our staff tracks your prescription utilization and can ship refill orders based on your stated preferences.  We can customize where you receive your order, at home, work or other preferred address, when you prefer to receive your order and your notification preferences.

SHIPPING

All prescription items requiring refrigeration are shipped in insulated cooler packages with frozen gel packs.  All refrigerated prescription items are shipped for overnight delivery.
