Ocean Breeze Healthcare can assist, support, and provide you and your staff, with the tools and resources needed to coordinate the care of your patients.

Ocean Breeze Healthcare’s operational staff consists of Account Executives, Administrative and Clerical Personnel, Pharmacists, and Pharmacy Technicians working together to achieve positive outcomes for you and your patients.

ASSIST

  • Perform benefit investigations
  • Coordinate home-based nurse training
  • Determine insurance coverage, formulary products, and plan limits
  • Navigate prior authorization process
  • Monitor prior authorization re-certification dates
  • Monitor patients’ prescription refill expiration

SUPPORT

  • Counsel patients on their medical condition and related prescription(s)
  • Monitor adherence and compliance
  • Answer patient questions

PROVIDE

  • Prescription medications, ancillary supplies, and devices, as available
  • Optional shipping directly to your office for medication administration or prescriber dispensing
  • Overnight delivery service, as necessary
  • Triage services to transfer your referral to the contracted network pharmacy provider if we are not part of a plan’s network
  • Educational material to patients

Ocean Breeze Healthcare can receive prescriptions and refill requests via fax or other secure electronic means.

Our staff is available on call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and 365 days a year, PRN.
